A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, Andy jumped into the general contracting world by joining Bovis Lend Lease for the first 5 years of his career. After his time at Bovis, he went to work for the next decade at Windover Construction. He has worked in the higher education, high end residential, country club, hospital and life science sectors as a project manager. In his personal time, Andy is an avid golfer and volleyball player. He resides in Newmarket, NH with his wife and many pets.

Ken brings over 35 years of experience in the building trades and procurement of building materials and commodity products to Allan Construction. His strong knowledge of purchasing Specialty and Standard Ceiling Tile products is an asset to Allan. He has worked in all facets of the building material supply market such as sales, warehouse distribution as well as multi location purchasing, special order purchasing and inventory control management. His vast experience over the years in these rolls has proved to be beneficial today in his role as Assistant Purchasing Manager. Outside of work Ken enjoys Outdoor adventuring with his family and friends Hiking, Snowmobiling, Boating and 4wheeling.

Patricia has been an Assistant Project Manager with Allan Construction since 2019. Prior to her current role, Patricia spent three years as Document Coordinator at affiliate company Marquis Management, where she worked directly with project managers/estimators in a variety of divisions to ensure organization and execution on project bids. Patricia’s experience prepared her to become an integral part of Allan Construction’s operational success.

Rick brings over 35 years of construction industry experience to the Allan Construction team. After earning a degree in Building Construction Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology, he began his career working for a home builder before eventually transitioning into the General Contracting realm. There Rick worked as a project manager, estimator, and occasional superintendent before bringing his experience and talents to Allan Construction in 2017. Rick is both an estimator and a project manager for Allan Construction, managing large scale projects in a variety of sectors including lab and research spaces, tenant fit outs, and college/university work.
